- Rush hour in built up areas:
- The hours before and after main business hours are generally likely to see an increase in traffic in main towns and cities
- Fuel:
- Fuel stations are open all day
- Many stations accept credit cards
- Unleaded fuel is widely available
- Leaded regular octane 91 or 92 and super octane 98, unleaded regular octane 91 and super octane 95 or 98 and diesel are available
- Parking advice:
- Specific car parks are maintained for motorists visiting Athens
- Local drivers are permitted to only park in metered spaces
- Parking within 3 metres of a fire hydrant or within 15 metres of a public transport stop is forbidden
