The Government has issued a “Black spot” guide
There are speed cameras on the roads. In the period from December 1 till February 28 all vehicles must be equipped with winter tyres. Europcar car rental provides winter tyres for all its vehicle.

It is forbidden to overtake stationary trams and drivers must use their headlights at all times – day and night
