City Driving

• Sweden has 3 major cities: Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg

• These cities are old with narrow streets where parking can be a challenge

• The high level of one way streets requires advance planning when driving in these cities

Country Driving

• In the countryside, roads are narrow with two way traffic.

• Roads with two way traffic can be without traffic dividers and even without markings, therefore, there is a risk that overtaking traffic will cross over into the oncoming lane

• Drivers also need to be observant of weather conditions, especially when driving in the northern part of Sweden
